Preventive Maintenance
Weekly:
- Clean feed rollers with IPA or equivalent.
Monthly:
- Remove cover
- Inspect C4 Main Chain. If loose, use idler to tighten.
- Inspect C12 and C13 Dirve Chains. If chains are loose, replace them.
- Inspect C5 and C10 Rudder Wheel. Replace if worn.
- Inspect B8 Silicone Roller (2 pieces). Replace if worn or mis-shapen.
Quarterly:
- Test movement of A8 Blade Holder. If not smooth, clean and oil slides. If problem persists, replace D17 Solenoid and adjust A8.
- Inspect B1 – B6 Rollers. If worn, replace rollers and C17 Bushings.
