zcM1000 – Replace Separating Roller Rings
- Remove cutting head from machine.
- Remove two black Philips head screws that are used to attach Separating Roller Unit to machine frame.
- Grip rubber rings and pull Roller Unit out of machine.
- Remove gear from Roller Unit.
- Remove Roller from Roller Frame.
- Pull Rings off end of Roller and replace them with new Rings.
- Replace Roller into frame and re-attach gear.
- Slide Roller Unit into machine and re-attach.
- Replace cutting head onto machine.
