Preventive Maintenance

Weekly:

• Wash water brush (P107C) with mild soap; rinse well
• Wash water tank with mild soap; rinse well

Monthly:

• Clean accumulated glue from blades
• Add light coating on light machine oil to back of blade
• Add a few drops of oil to the blade felt pad

Semi-annually:

• Thoroughly clean machine. Remove accumulated pieces of tape, tape dust and any other foreign material from inside of machine using dry brush or blower.
• Clean accumulated glue from bottom of pressure plate.
• Wipe down all covers with a damp rag.
