Sensor Replacement – LD7500

1. Remove brown wire from relay
   
2. Cut blue wire close to the gray sleeve, far from the connector.
3. Loosen 2 black round screws and nut plate that hold sensor to
   bracket and remove the sensor
4. Using screws and nut plate, mount new sensor.
5. Run new sensor wire in the same place as the old one.
6. The brown wire has a connector on it and can be pushed on to the
   yellow relay. (On the lower of the 2 tabs.)
7. Strip blue wire in machine about ½”, same length as the stripped
   part of the blue wire on the new sensor.
8. Put both stripped blue wires together and hold them together with
   blue wire nut. Turn nut clockwise to tighten.
9. Test – Unit will stop when sensor is blocked, run when it is “free”
10. Replace cover.
