New FDA Compliant Label Dispenser from START International

Addison, TX (January 1, 2016) – START International, a leading tape and label dispensing solution company, announced the launch of their Labelmoto LD3000 and LD6050 FDA compliant special coating with stainless steel screws label dispensers.

The START International LD3000 and LD6050-FDA High-Speed Electric Label Dispenser is designed primarily for the food and pharmaceutical industries. The “Hard Anodized” proprietary coating (grey) provides superior resistance to metal components subjected to corrosion as well as erosive and abrasive wear. The new coating is also resistance to chemicals such as boiling water, fats, oils, acids, alkalis and many solvents. The LD3000 and LD6050-FDA coating is USDA/FDA compliant and CFIA approved and is ideal for the food and pharmaceutical industries with its enhanced non-stick and chemical resistant properties. It dispenses small labels and die-cut parts made from paper, polyester, vinyl, acetate, foam, foil, and other materials, and is designed for small work areas.

The LD3000 and LD6050-FDA has a photo sensor, which ensures that the unit peels, dispenses, and advances the label roll accurately and consistently. The liner scrap is automatically rewound for a clean working environment. The LD3000-FDA has a 1/4″ bracket for hanging capability (patent pending) at workbenches. No tools are required to adjust the dispenser for different label sizes. 

This innovative dispenser includes many benefits that other labeling companies lack, such as all-metal construction and a high-torque motor. In addition, it includes a photosensor that ensures materials are dispensed accurately and consistently. Labels can range from .25” to 7” (6 to 178mm) in width and .125” to 6” (3 to 152mm) in length. To aid you in keeping your working environment clean, the LD3000 and LD6000 Series automatically rewinds liner scrap, which also prevents any work-related injuries due to an employee slipping on silicone-type liner and falling.
