Installation Instructions – Cutting Blade Lock
Installation:
The lock should be mounted just above the yellow hand on the cutting head. It must be located so that the flat on the lock is level with the top of the cutter opening on the machine. The correct location can be verified by rotating the lock. If the flat is just on the edge of the opening, when the lock is rotated, the round section will hold the cutting head in place. When the correct location has been found, mark and drill a 1/8” hole through the white cabinet. Use the enclosed #6 sheet metal screw to attach the lock onto the front of the machine. The cutting head can then be locked in place so it will not pop out during use. Also, the head can be removed for periodic maintenance and blade replacement.
