zcM1000 Cutter Liner Replacement
- Remove cutting head from unit.
- Place cutting head on table with the back side of cutter facing up.
- Remove two silver Phillips head screws that hold on the blade spring.
- Remove blade spring.
- Remove blades. **Note alignment of blades before removing**
- Remove cutter liners and replace. ** Verify location of liners. **
- Place a drop of silicone oil onto each cutter liner.
- Place new blades into cutting head.
- Replace blade spring and screws.
