TDA025 Turntable Adjustment
- Turn unit over and remove 4 screws that hold the top to the base.
- Using hand crank, cycle cutter arm until it is away from the turntable. (Make sure that
the length adjustment is all the way back.) - Remove top from base by pressing down on the tape holder arm and pushing up at an
angle under the turntable directly across from the tape holder arm. - Look into the top and remove screw and lever #7,8,9. (Be careful not to lose spring.)
- Mark depth of #2 screw then remove, it will allow the #2 knob to be removed.
- Look at the middle of the turntable.
- Part #3 is hooked onto #1 at two places. Make sure both clips are securely in place.
- If loose, pop #3 back into #1.
- Reinsert screw #2 to original depth, then back it out ½ turn.
- Replace #7 lever
- Replace top on machine. Use caution not to bend fan blades. Also, the slot on #3 must
be aligned to fit over the spring-loaded arm that is attached to the turntable
adjustment knob. -
Replace 4 screws that hold top onto base.
