TDA025 Hand Crank Screw Replacement
- Turn length adjustment screw out so that cutting head falls away from turntable.
- Run machine until head stops at bottom of cycle.
- Turn unit over and remove 4 screws that hold the top to the base.
- Remove top from base by pressing down on the tape holder arm and pushing up at an
angle under the turntable directly across from the tape holder arm. - Remove #62 screw from gear cover and remove #61 Gear Cover.
- Locate torsion spring on #68 Lever and make sure it is tensioned correctly.
- When set correctly, the metal piece will engage with #59 Gear.
- Replace gear cover and screws.
- Replace top on machine. Use caution not to bend fan blades. Also, the slot on #3 must
be aligned to fit over the spring-loaded arm that is attached to the turntable
adjustment knob. - Replace 4 screws that hold top onto base.
